DAVID GOLDMAN
CEO And FOUNDER, COMEDY TIME

David Goldman is the founder and CEO of COMEDY TIME, a market leader in the production, licensing and distribution of short-form comedy content for mobile and broadband applications.

Goldman founded COMEDY TIME while functioning as President and CEO of Power Entertainment, one of Hollywood's leading management and production companies specializing in comedy. Goldman founded Power in 1999 and sold his interest in the company in April, 2005. During Goldman's tenure the Company's clients included such established comedic talent as The Second City, Martin Lawrence, Eugene Levy, John
Leguizamo, Nick Cannon, Craig Kilborn, Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong, Jeff Dunham and SNL's Seth Meyers, Fred Armisen and Kenan Thompson.

While at Power, Goldman produced half-hour television under production deals at both Twentieth Television and Touchstone Television. Goldman produced the UPN hit show “One on One” which is now in syndication. Goldman, a lawyer and member of the California Bar, also crafted strategic partnerships for Power in film, CDs and DVDs, and online, positioning Power as the primary comedy content provider to America Online.

Goldman began his entertainment career at the William Morris Agency where he represented directors, actors and musicians. He was vice-president of the motion picture department and head of the motion picture director's division. He later served a similar function at competing agency ICM. His agenting clients included Will Smith, Mick Jagger, Kurt Russell, Roland Emmerich, Renny Harlin, Billy Idol, the Beach Boys and David Lee
Roth.

MICHAEL GOLDMAN
PRESIDENT, COMEDY TIME

Michael Goldman is President of COMEDY TIME, the first comedy network featuring original programming specifically geared toward wireless handsets. In a short time he has successfully established worldwide distribution agreements in both mobile and broadband.

Michael previously was the head of the business development, film clip, finance, and legal departments for VCP, the licensing division of Paramount Pictures with a focus on developing and negotiating license transactions for apparel, interactive, master toy, trading card, collectible, credit card, comic book, restaurant, themed entertainment and advertising
applications in commercials of Paramount's motion picture and television library.

He negotiated and structured Paramount's license for the launch of the Bubba Gump Shrimp Company (BGSC) restaurant program -- the first licensed movie theme restaurant program - which now has 14 restaurants in the United States. He also structured Paramount's investment in BGSC and established the BGSC International franchise company to expand the BGSC program into Mexico and Asia and has been a member of BGSC Board of Directors since 1998.

Michael also negotiated rights acquisitions, production finance agreements and managed the integration of Hamilton Projects (Spelling Entertainment's licensing unit) into VCP.

Michael joined VCP in 1993. Prior to VCP, he was involved in crisis management consulting, mergers and acquisitions and strategic planning at Sigoloff and Associates, a crisis management consulting firm and Wickes Companies Inc. Before joining Wickes, he worked for the Space and Communications Group of Hughes Aircraft Co. Michael holds an
MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BA from UCLA.
